Petition Ministries conducts outreaches in local communities to advance the mission of offering hope, help and healing for all those who are affected by abortion. The table is set up to offer information about fetal development, provide name ideas for those wanting to sign the petition to give a baby a symbolic name, and to offer resources regarding healing for abortion trauma.

Petition Ministries partners with volunteers to conduct local memorial services designed to symbolically lay to rest those babies who have been lost through abortion. Services include a time of reflection for parents or "stand-in" parents to honor a baby with a candle lighting ceremony and symbolic burial in a small "casket". The community is invited to participate in the services and a scroll of names is read acknowledging the "names" collected during the petition drives prior to the service. Teams of intercessors offer a prayer of repentance and request mercy from heaven regarding the sin of abortion. Memorial services are meant to encourage healing, understanding and support to those wounded by abortion's devastating effects.
